This marketing position is responsible for developing and managing a marketing communications strategy to influence client's employer brand in the tech market. This position will align our employer brand efforts to execute The Plan, as it relates to tech talent. Essential Functions: - Responsible for determining and executing marketing communications for hiring needs. - Responsible for social content planning for area of focus - Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies, including training for area of focus - Share best practices and marketing materials and strategies with globe, upholding an 80/20 standard / regional practice. - Support development and distribution of talent specific content. - Research and analyze trends of target audience’s behavior and interests - Collaborate across multiple teams and proactively seek out strategic concepts to best market client within the tech talent industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing - 2+ years of experience - Graphic Design - Copywriting - Social Media Content Creation
- Knowledge of recruiting process - Knowledge of tech job market - Ability to develop strategies for recruiting a target market - Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising. - Knowledge of agile project management methodology - Understanding of the trends and challenges associated with talent acquisition strategy - Ability to monitor the effectiveness of communications tactics through analytics and other measurement - Understanding of SEO strategies, content development, and tailoring content for different channels - Experience executing on various marketing tactics such as paid social campaigns, email campaigns and advertising.
