· Make travel arrangements for staff of 40+ team members

· Maintain a summary of department expenditure and budget utilization

· Create office memos and reports when requested

· Organize forms, files, data and information

· Submit forms and documents to other departments

· Submit P-Card, Manual Payment and purchase request documentation

· Monitor purchase orders and accruals

· Schedule meetings and make necessary arrangements for those meetings

· Execute other office duties requested by Managers and GM's

· Track and organize contract and technical reports

· Support translation of documents between Japanese and English is a plus


· 5+ years experience in supporting daily operations within an office environment

· MS Office Proficiency

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Efficient multi-tasking skills

· Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment

· Proficient in Japanese language is a plus
