The Accounts Payable Specialist’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers

· Maintain accurate records and control reports

· Prepare accounts payable register and related reports


· Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management)

· 1-3 years’ experience Global Accounts Payable experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive attitude

· Customer Service Experience

· Microsoft Suite

· Google Suite

· Ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

· SAP Experience

· Automotive Experience
