The Mopar CAP Program Business and Operations Analyst will work closely with the Mopar CAP team (Career Automotive Program), Business Centers,
Training Centers and Dealerships around the country.
The Analyst will development forecasting estimates to support and validate program asset/resource needs. The Analyst will interpret program actions and then engage with the subject matter experts across the country, including the Business Centers. Training Centers, Schools, and Dealerships to validate/update program resource forecasts as required.
The Analyst will co-lead the development, approval, and execution of projects within the Mopar CAP program and Performance Institute groups.
This position also interfaces with the Purchasing, Finance, and IT teams throughout the process.
The Analyst is responsible for financial management of all projects through to completion and will be responsible to report out the project/spend status on a quarterly basis to leadership.
The Analyst will also support other Performance Institute operations and special projects as needed.

Bachelor of Science Engineering degree
