Join our driveline development and validation team for an opportunity to have direct impact on the product line implementing future technologies while sustaining the legendary performance of the global brands.

The individual filling this position will have the responsibility for integrating driveline hardware and software into the vehicle developing conventional and electrified systems that meet unique brand DNA performance requirements. These systems include Tasks will include creating validation plans, executing performance development and validation tests and leading cross functional teams contributing to the completion of the validation plan. Test execution will require interfacing with vehicle subsystem engineering teams, driving vehicles at the proving grounds and various remote test sites, collecting data, and reporting results. Limited travel including international may be required.

The specific responsibilities include:

Lead cross functional teams

Conduct competitive benchmarking

Conduct ride and drive events

Conduct data acquisition and target setting

Develop system DVP&R

Conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to facilitate functional integration and development and validation activities

Facilitate development of all-wheel-drive system calibration

Facilitate validation of ancillary systems

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Other engineering disciplines will be considered with relevant experience.

Proficient use of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Software development experience

Instrumentation and data collection experience

DFSS experience
