The Interactive Producer-Senior creates and produces motion and multi-media elements. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Creates multimedia elements and programs using Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Suite.

• Works in a highly collaborative environment with interface designers, creative directors, art directors, writers, programmers, and project managers.

• Will manipulate all multi-media asset types.

• Adheres to project design, look, interface, and functional guidelines/specifications; follow established process, standards and best practices to ensure the highest degree of usability and consistency across all deliverables. May assist in defining new standards.

• Functions as an Interactive Producer, works closely with internal team members to oversee that interface and technical implementation adheres to design specifications.

• Central point person for “interactive” answers, guidelines, approvals, and solutions.

• Monitors quality goals including standards adherence, usability, performance, reliability, and testing.

• Keeps supervisor apprised of work status by communicating progress, availability, and issues.

• Functions as an Interface Designer.

• Defines and designs project scope and experience design including menuing, flow, navigation, instructions, global, functionality, timed sequences, activities, layout, media mix, and requirements.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 5+ years’ experience in Web Design & Development.

• 3+ years working with automotive deliverables.

• 3+ years working in the training industry.

• Strong knowledge of information and technical architecture and all programming methodologies.

• Ability to work as part of a cross functional team.

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and/or other e-learning authoring tools.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, especially animation and assembly tools.

• Knowledge Audio/Visual or 3D software such as Premiere, After Effects, Audition.

• Experience with HTML5, CSS, and web development technologies.

• Some knowledge of coding languages (JavaScript, C#).

• UX and Visual Design experience.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Strives to improve processes and exceed quality standards.
