NVH Test Engineer is to design full vehicle nvh testing, ensure testing is carried out, consolidate test results and produce test result reporting to stakeholders with Propulsion Design to target focus.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Engineering from an ABET accredited or ABET-equivalent university

• Minimum of 5 years of vehicle development and/or NVH engineering experience

• Experience in developing new Propulsion Systems to meet noise and vibration goals

• Experience using test techniques including sound and vibration measurements

• Knowledge of Vehicle Operation

• Understanding of digital signal processing and sound/vibration quality metrics

• Knowledgeable in CAD, CATIA, INCA, and/or Teamcenter

• Working knowledge of NVH analysis Software (i.e. LMS, Head Acoustics, B&K )

• Must be organized, motivated, adept with engineering practices

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively with other team members

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Engineering Degree

• Electrified Vehicle Knowledge / Design / Development / Calibration Experience
