G-TECH Services, Inc. Powertrain Project Manager - Intermediate in Auburn Hills, Michigan

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.

  • Oversees all aspects of projects.

  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.

  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

  • Leads and directs the work of others.

  • Responsibilities include program planning, development and maintenance of master timing schedules, project risk assessments, change management, and project integration across the various functional departments. This position is responsible for program management of all Powertrain Engineering assembly plant end-items (focus on the interfaces with Vehicle Engineering).

  • 3-5 years experience.


  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project software.

  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills along with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Previous project management experience a must.

  • Engineering Degree nice to have but not required.

  • Prefer candidates with solid fundamental understanding of internal combustion engines.
