Designs and conducts company training programs
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training
Involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements
Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Member of the Innovation team will be:
Trainer of the innovation courses and new course development
Facilitator of Innovation workshops with the company's internal customer groups (Engineering, Development, Powertrain, Quality, etc.)
Oversight of the Innovation Space, which includes the room upkeep, proto bench/materials and scheduling
Interacting with Innovation Space walk-in customers and the regional Innovations teams in Mexico, Italy, China, India, and Brazil.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (ME/EE or equivalent)
3 years experience in automotive (engineering, vehicle, quality, etc.)
Demonstrated teaching/training/group facilitation experience
Innovation Experience (idea creation, innovation methodologies)
Cross-functional automotive experience (testing, manufacturing, proj mgmt, etc.)
Demonstrated leadership, communication and presentation skills
DFSS and or Reactive Training methodologies
Driving and Travel
May be required to drive a company car. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
Travel not required
