Position Description:

Plant Vehicle Team VFG lead. Analyze quality data and implement improvement actions. Key job responsibility will be to track changes through WERS system for accurate and timely implementation of changes. -Manage Quality Glide paths ( R/1000, for a specific VFG (Variable Function Group). -Identify and align external warranty to Plant internal concerns and establish containment actions. -Develop problem solutions using structured problem solving techniques -Be able to communicate all problems and solutions to upper management in pre-set quality forums. -Lead plant trials and prove-outs for all engineering changes. -Develop cost saving potential ideas.

Skills Required:

Ability to develop and manage quality improvements and roadmaps for designated vehicle systems. Strong problem solving skills.

Skills Preferred:

Knowledge of these Systems. (WERS, BSAQ)

Experience Required:

Design experience and problem solving in a manufacturing environment

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
