Position Description:

This is a Launch Final Coordinator position: • Review all Final Area product changes, understanding the differences relative to the current product and their impact to the Final area facilities, tooling and processes. • Work with the launch team to ensure that all representative tooling is in place and ready to support the pre-production builds • Assist the production personnel during the pre-production builds • Identify, track and resolve tooling, process and design concerns encountered during the builds • Review recommended process changes with the staff engineers • Ensure the CLL and process allocations align with the current Bill of Process • Work with Industrial Engineers to provide input to the Cycle Line Layout and workstation design • Validate Allocation Planning Tool (APT) work element allocations and validate workstation capability o Utilize FPS Manufacturing Workstation Readiness Procedure o Allocations Planning Tool (APT) • Identify and classify all base, difficult and critical jobs in the Final area • Identify and report manufacturing concerns (Design/Manufacturing/Quality) and participate in resolution. • Track EOL performance and track the issues impacting End of Line and FTT while working with the responsible skill-teams to fix root-cause and prevent reoccurrence. o Ensure all quality issues are being adequately resolved through the AIMS system. • Work with IE, VOME and Production team members to develop final eQPS and job instruction sheets o Developing eQPS sheets from APT • Develop a comprehensive plan with the LPWR Leader to train and certify all direct and indirect employees on their job elements. Maintain training and versatility charts for all employees within the Final Area. o Support the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift/crew build and training requirements. o Serve as the main interface between the launch team and the Final zone supervisors

Experience Required:

production experience

Experience Preferred:

• 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing • Experience working at Chicago Assembly Plant • Previous launch experience

High School Diploma GED
