Position Description:

It is a dynamic and energized time within US Marketing. In support of our client+ plan, we have outlined a renewed vision and strategy for Global Marketing, and introduced a new leader, Karna Crawford, Director of U.S. Marketing Communications, to guide this forward with the US specifically. We are now looking for a dynamic individual who is professional, caring, resourceful, and customer focused to provide Executive Assistant support for Karna, as well as Marla Skiko Head of US & Global Head of Media. This position will represent the U.S. Marketing office and is a great opportunity for candidates who are curious and open to learning new things. Skills Required:

• Coordinate internal/external meeting itineraries, schedules and calendars, and resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner • Supporting the time and data management for the Director of U.S. Marketing Communications and US & Global Head of Media to ensure they are at the appropriate forum (right time and right place). • Arrange foreign/domestic travel, visa/passport requirements • Coordinate various expenses (i.e. corporate card expenditures, etc.) and understanding the approvals required. • Handle inflow and outflow of department correspondence (i.e. calls, email, and letters) and respond to items on a timely basis. • Tracking and help drive key deliverables with the Director of U.S. Marketing Communications and US & Global Head of Media and following up on outstanding items. • Planning and coordinating team events and activities. • Managing the Director of U.S. Marketing Communications and US & Global Head of Media office space. (Post COVID RTW)

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or Project Management experience • Proficient in use of Microsoft software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other programs as required) as well as use of Internet/Web • Proficient or willing to learn new technology (both hardware and software)

Experience Preferred:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to work collegially within a team environment in open concept office area • Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple assignments and projects simultaneously • Hands on approach and taking initiative in resolving issues/concerns • Be able to have fun with a wonderful team and enjoy the journey!

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business degree) preferred
