G-TECH Services, Inc. Analyst Product Planning/Program in Dearborn, Michigan

Position Description:

This position is for a Business Analyst in support of the In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) Development and Validation Tools team. The selected candidate will support the development, management, and deployment of hardware and software solutions intended for prototyping in the IVI space. This includes all aspects of maximizing the value of deliverables to the end user. The candidate will work closely with existing team members to ensure deliverables to the downstream IVI development organizations have clear expectations and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities Include: • Customer-centric role, ensuring deliverables provide maximum value to our customers • Define product configuration specifications & requirements • Oversee bug tracking & reporting • Communicate product defects with Program Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, and development team • Suggest & outline functional improvements to product & also improvements to overall user experience • Help define, execute and deliver against detailed acceptance criteria • Plans & schedules demos, workshops, & other informational events with current and prospective stakeholders to provide product awareness and capture additional value-adds • Assist Program Manager in project charter creation: - Research & define expected business value for a proposed project - Research & provide data to support OKRs - Identify risks to delivery - Understand and maximize development value for stakeholders • Develop & maintain product lifecycle plans - Establish procedures to twilight obsolete/antiquated projects, tools, or technologies - Assess opportunities to reuse, repurpose, or recycle tools or technologies • Coordinate customer-facing business quality standards across Operations & Deployment team, focusing on: - Consistency, Thoroughness, Organization, Efficiency

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar field • Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral, is essential

Skills Preferred:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis • 2+ years of experience in Automotive or IT support domain • 2+ years of experience in requirement gathering and requirement analysis • 2+ years of experience in cross dependent team coordination • 2+ years of experience working in native Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, or other Atlassian applications and technologies • 2+ years of experience working in or administering Microsoft SharePoint
