SharePoint & Web Portal Administrator / Coordinator Responsibilities: -Work as a Web Portal Manager to manage/add content as per requirements -Coordinate and collect information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple teams through effective use of SharePoint, Shared Drive, -Outlook, and other system tools to update Web Portal ensuring integrity across all systems and processes -Collaborate with management and SMEs to identify the appropriate content and add that to Web Portal to democratize knowledge throughout the organization -Coordinate efforts to sync portal data/information with the sources of data/information -Work as a SharePoint site administrator to support upgrades and to enable secured access to confidential information in SharePoint sites
Candidate should have: -Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as Office 365 tools, Scripts, SharePoint tools, including Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks management -Expertise in Automating and configuring SharePoint sites to setup notifications/alerts and surveys, developing reports from SharePoint sites per specific criteria, as requested by management, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines to organize and protect content in SharePoint sites and Web Portals -Proven capabilities to analyze all system upgrades and applications and ensure compliance to all program managements and design all solutions for portal and assist to resolve all production issues -Demonstrated experience to perform troubleshoot and maintenance of SharePoint sites, integration with other applications, end-user training, storage space maintenance, downloading and archiving files. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing/updating Web Portals, Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as Office 365 tools, Scripts -Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator, SharePoint tools, including Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Similar.
