Position Description:

Quality data analysis for Chassis Controls modules. Requires analyzing connected vehicle data, warranty data, and supply analysis to accelerate resolution of quality gaps. Develop and improve dashboards for product design and release engineers to easily monitor data on their products across vehicle lines, model years and suppliers. Will require accessing multiple data systems to create these dashboards. Data may include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is subject to regulatory data management practices. Interfacing with Design and Release Engineers and Quality Engineers to prototype and improve data management tools and analysis critical to success.

Skills Required:

Data management and analysis tools for very large data sets. Knowlege of or ability to quickly learn Diagnostics Trouble Codes and failure modes of Chassis Controllers. Must be very proficient with Excel

Skills Preferred:

Experience with Alteryx for data integration.

Experience Required:

Knowledge of Automotive diagnostics.

Experience Preferred:

Experience with steering and/or braking controllers,and Diagnostics Trouble Codes/ Workshop manuals

Education Required:

BS degree in engineering/computer science or related degree.

Additional Information :

Will work in a hybrid (home vs office) environment. Expect approximately 3 days per week (Tu-Th) to be working in Dearborn
