*6 month contract with potential for extension
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Staff Deployment / Procurement
Organization and implementation of staff movement, relocation, staff termination, changes in pay, new group allocation on the basis of defined criteria taking tariffs, company and legal regulations into account.
Consultation with employees and superiors regarding general career opportunities, personnel development and salary.
Keeping staff master data up-to-date in the SAP system, reporting and creating staff files.
Arranging relocation and coordinating events.
Coordination of performance appraisal process.
Sending performance appraisals and target agreements to superiors for their employees.
Monitoring and noting absence, evaluation of their reasons and forwarding the respective information to the superior responsible.
Preparing for employees’ terminations.
Applicant Management
Preparation of job advertisements on the basis of staff requirements, arranging for them to be displayed internally and externally.
Applicant tracking. Deciding about applicants’ profile match, forwarding adequate profiles to hiring departments.
Conducting structured interviews and consulting superiors with regard to their hiring decision.
Explaining employment conditions to applicants.
Coordinating travel of applicants, setting reimbursement per company policy.
Entering and updating employer training data in the SAP event management system or other database.
Payroll Accounting
Determining and prescribing data for automatic payroll accounting taking income tax, retirement plan, legal and in company regulations and specifications into account.
Analyzing and preparing documents relevant for payment as well as correcting payroll issues.
Recording, updating and managing staff data relevant for payment in the SAP system, updating staff files accordingly.
Carrying out a wide range of evaluations according to specification.
Other Tasks
Clarifying extensions to contracts in agreement with the organizational unit affected.
Coordinating the use of temporary workers, verification of records of hours worked and approving invoices from agencies.
Advising and informing superiors and employees in matters of staff administration and employee relations issues, including payment matters.
Involvement in projects in the Human Resources department as well as providing support in the development of internal staff processes.
Providing support with the administrative processing of expatriates and foreign employees. Preparation and coordination of immigration issues such as visa extensions.
Carrying out general office work for the superior responsible.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of Notes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAP modules
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree
