Position Description:
Netcom Applications Diagnostics Engineer o Complete Part 2 MDX validation for ECUs at different GPDS milestones. o Validate CAN network Part 1 and Part 2 test results. o Deliver EoL Method 2 and Method 3 (VSCS) configuration at TT till post Job 1. o Support plant new vehicle launch meetings including EoL ECU issue related resolutions o Support Gondola VSCS updates

• Effective communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are critical for this position. • Project management skills, well organized and able to manage multiple tasks. • Interpersonal skills (Required to work with cross functional teams that may have different priorities). • Ability to manage urgent situations and follow priorities. • Experience managing complex, collaborative feature/software development and/or electronic systems integration projects. • Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and the Ford product development process (GPDS).
Experience Required:
• 3+ years of experience in project management or leading a team in the development of software or electrical systems
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
