Job Description

  • Our client unite entrepreneurs, designers and engineers to envision, build and validate new mobility ventures and business models to shape the future of transportation

  • Our client is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support a venture as part of our rapidly growing team

  • This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office operations, including assisting in building our team culture

  • We're looking for an energetic and organized person who excels at tackling new challenges on a daily basis

  • The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and energetic

  • Champion the team’s operational fitness through logistical support, office operations and procedures

  • Act as primary liaison with building management (e.g. equipment requests, repairs, installs, etc.)

  • Provide IT support (team collaboration tool administration, etc.); escalate issues to the appropriate teams, when necessary, and manage to resolution

  • Manage ordering, receipt, tracking and delivery/staging of equipment (prototype materials, laptops, testing equipment, etc.) to ensure the team has what it needs to be successful, across sites

  • Work with the team to plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., culture events, team building outings, etc.)

  • Manage the team calendar (e.g. events, travel, rituals, etc.)

  • Manage Ariba requisitions, purchasing process

  • Assist with special projects as needed

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A proficiency for organization, punctuality, tidiness and hospitality

  • Desire and ability to learn new things, creatively problem solve, and adapt to change

  • Ability to prioritize, manage and follow through on multiple tasks, all in a timely fashion

  • Ability to make independent judgment calls, and take initiative when appropriate

  • A positive, can-do attitude for large and small tasks alike

  • Desire to work in support of and as part of a diverse, dynamic team

  • Solution minded and resourceful, willing to learn new things

Skills Preferred

  • Background in technology support, across varied platforms/technologies

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a business operations role (or similar) in a professional setting

  • Experienced in hardware staging and deployment

Experience Preferred

  • Experience with large scale pilot hardware/software deployments, user engagements

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
