Position Description:

Responsible for managing the development of various dashboards and tasks for all of Field Service Actions (FSA). Implementing processes to assist dealers and activities regarding FSA related concerns. •Develop Recall/ASO/PSL Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik •Develop Recall Metrics within Qlik •Complete System Development for Closing Recalls for OTA (Over The Air) Updates •Creation of the Field Review Committee Summary Debriefs after every FRC Meeting •Creation of Recall Reporting in GCAMP

Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
