Responsibilities

Position Title: Project Management Analyst PMA

Position Description:

  • Support Electrical PMT Leader to track and manage program related deliverables and report out on status.

  • Metric Tracking and Reporting

  • Drive progress of key program deliverables and manage Integrator

  • Manage sourcing related documents for multiple EESE commodities

  • Assist in development of sourcing plan and report status out in sourcing PAT

  • Organize and store PMT documents in SharePoint

  • WERS Change Control / Manage EESE Change Control deck for a specific program

  • Review changes with D&R to ensure Concern information is complete and ready for approval

  • Support CPE Decision Forum for electrical related items

  • Represent PMT in daily Change Control Meetings, and support Launch build meetings - Start up, Whiteboard, Pedigree reviews, AIMS, FCPA calls, PCN Tracking and other key meetings / work streams

  • Support builds and launch phases at plant in Canada.

Skills Required:

Plan is established to ensure PMA is skilled in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project, and Internet.

Experience Required:

  • Project Management experience preferred

  • Ability to work with data from multiple sources and integrate/ consolidate into single report for management review

  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple product lines

  • Working knowledge of GPDS deliverables and processes

  • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get job done"

  • Ability to deliver results on time to ensure team success

  • Proficient with MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WebEx, SharePoint, CPARS, GPIRS, WERS, AVBOM Skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills: oral/presentation and effective written follow-up and summaries

  • Excellent communication skills

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree recommended in associated field

Additional Information :

Ability to support extensive travel to Canada for Launch
