Job Description:

  • General Join the Enterprise Technology Refresh (ETR) Program Office that was established to lead the Information Technology Organization.s Complexity Reduction Technology Refresh. This initiative is set to simplify our technology footprint, improve the renewal process for the Enterprise.

  • The main objective is to eliminate obsolete technologies, ensure we have a process in place to sustain that position and prepare the landscape for the migration to the Next Generation Data Center.

  • Collaborate with all IT functions to plan, prioritize, and monitor Tech Refresh activity across the Enterprise.

  • Establish Program structure to manage scope, risks, issues, work plan and critical milestones, spending plan/forecasts, communications plan, and change control representing all activities across the Enterprise (ITO, PDO, ETR Program, NG DC, etc.).

  • Coordinates with PDO, ITO, and EA to prioritize applications/technologies into chunks that are optimized to reduce the most number of technologies in the least amount of time and funding for delivery.

  • Work closely with delivery teams to monitor activity and consolidate status into an Enterprise view.

  • Develop and maintain metrics maintain CSF metrics.

  • Supports and participates in key program governance meetings.

  • Scope Global and Enterprise wide.

  • Coordinates with each ETR Project Lead, all PDOs and the Porting Center, ITO, Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.

  • Complexity o Large number, very diverse, and business critical applications.

  • Multiple IT organizations to coordinate and funding sources to align and monitor.

  • Next Generation Data Center.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Financial Management, EPMO, DORF setup and execution processes, Purchase Order process, and the Clarity PPM tool.

  • Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and making recommendations.

  • At least 5 years of progressive responsibilities in IT.

  • Experience with system development methodologies and applied project management. Experience estimating costs and managing budgets.

  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of current Tech Refresh process is a plus.

  • Proficient written and oral communication.

  • Technical skills and knowledge of Architectural standards.

  • Deep Analysis skills; Data analytical skills is a plus.

  • Proficient using office automation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Flow charter, etc.

  • Facilitation, negotiation, and change management

  • This positon plays a key integration role to ensure all Tech Refresh efforts are consolidated and streamlined.

  • Team leadership and delegation.

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP certified ideal

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
