Position Description:

• Become the Voice of the Customer within Cockpit & Connectivity while maintaining a Customer-Centric Mentality and behavior at all times; • Monitor, prioritize, and drive actions to address customer Quality concerns from various sources, such as: Warranty, Customer Surveys, Customer Escalations, Executive Escalations, Social Media Feedback, Dealer Technical Hotline, etc. • Take a central role in resolving quality issues within 30 days • Pro-Actively Drive investigations and take actions to deliver Traditional/Leading metrics that correlate to an amazing customer experience • Proactively identify and gather peer support to quickly solve any issues affecting customers • Track issues through the 8D problem solving approach, documenting each discipline in JIRA • Leverage Connected Vehicle Data as a real-time data source to proactively detect and define issues • Utilize Alteryx to automate analytics data to an actionable output • Ability to quickly benchmark (internally and externally) while establishing action plans on quality indicators, across all Connected Vehicle Features; • Propose methods to reduce unnecessary toil and manual work related to quality escalation management

Skills Required:

• Ability to understand Customer Issues from around the globe and help Feature Teams in translating into Design and Manufacturing Standards. • Understand and apply failure mode avoidance methods including linkage such as Quality History, Interface Analysis, DFMEA, and Design Verification Plan. • Knowledge of Robust Engineering Fundamentals including P-Diagrams, Noise Factor Management Strategy and Robustness and Reliability Demonstration. • Ability to understand and develop database queries, to root cause performance metric opportunities for improvement on the Connected Vehicle Ecosystems • Solid understanding of vehicle electrical architectures and components. • High level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse people and cross-functional teams

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of experience on Cloud-based systems and/or IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) Systems • 2+ years of experience in handling Connected Vehicle related Quality concerns • 2+ years of experience with querying and utilizing large datasets to prove/disprove theories/investigations • 2+ years of experience with telematics provider portals such as Jasper, digital analytics products such as Amplitude, and/or user monitoring products such as Dynatrace • 1+ years of experience with JIRA

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science • Six-Sigma Green Belt

Education Preferred:

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science • Six-Sigma Black Belt
