Position Description:

The primary focus of the MBSE Scrum Master shall be around the creation, maintenance thereof, and continuous improvement of Agile frameworks Business Performance Reports, KPI Dashboards, SCRUM/KANBAN Boards, Sprints, and other related business process analytics from an issue management tool such as JIRA® and/or Rally®, and the support of Product Owners and Managers via Scrum Master expertise in support of backlog management, sprint planning and execution, and program increment planning and execution in the development of Feature Experiences within. Supporting Core and Application Feature/Platform System deliverables through providing Scrum Master expertise that enables the realization of business performance measures to key performance indicators (KPIs) and the execution management of development activities within the Systems and Software development process leveraging the adoption of the Agile Frameworks. Responsibilities - Support business performance review metrics and analytics based on the status of Feature and Platform System deliverables - Support the maturation of SCRUM Boards, KANBAN Boars, JIRA Dashboards, Portfolio Plans of Feature and Platform System development - Support improvement of metadata for KPI Dashboards - Maintenance and continuous improvement of views of the SCRUM Boards, KANBAN Boars, JIRA Dashboards, Portfolio Plans - Support scrum teams and product management with backlog management, sprint planning and execution, and program increment planning and execution of Core and Application Feature and Platform System systems engineering activities

Skills Required:

•Ability to support and influence multiple scrum teams as Scrum Master •Ability to support SCRUM and KANBAN issue, Sprint, and epics performance reports •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English •Able to work flexible across multiple disciplines •Able to simultaneously work on multiple projects while independently managing their time •Ability to translate business requirements into features and user stories •Technical understanding of prototype engineering and embedded system architectures •Self-motivated with ability to manage varying and multiple tasks •Self-paced and excited learner

Skills Preferred:

•Knowledge and experience with Harmony Deskbook processes •Knowledge of concepts around CAN, Ethernet,Vehicle Diagnostics Protocol (UDS), Test driven development (TDD), Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) •Knowledge of vehicle components functions •Familiarity with electrical architectures, electrical systems

Experience Required:

•Demonstrated experience with project management •5+ years of experience working on Agile team •2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master on an Agile team •1+ years of experience developing software for a deeply-embedded or IoT system

Experience Preferred:

•1+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a SAFe(c) release train •2+ years of experience working with CAN communication data and ECU diagnostics •1+ years of experience developing automotive software within AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive architecture frameworks

Education Required:

•Certified Agile Scrum Master •Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or related degree
