Position Description:

This Systems Integration Engineering position will be part of a new high performing team within the Enterprise Connectivity organization to support the following key delivery activities: • Own the execution of key activities such as driving a technical cross-functional integration strategy. • Conduct end to end bring-up to prove basic working capability. • Execute any key demos (e.g. hackathons) required to demonstrate increased product maturity. • Perform any required technical de-risking to support an on-time product delivery with quality (all done within the Scaled Agile framework for product delivery). • Own the triage, diagnosis and steering of product and cross-product issues that materialize within the development and release cycle when they impact the wider system. • Reviewing key work products to support the product delivery (understand/review requirements and test-plans, characterization of defects impacting launch readiness). • Support the feedback loop with Product Management/Owners and Advanced Engineering to improve quality of delivered products across all product lines. • Lead & support end of line (EOL) discussions with s/w development and program teams for ECG, TCU & Sync EOL testing. • Execute system tests and analyze test results/defects as required to support lead program launches. • Work closely with the s/w development team to analyze and resolve system issues related to ECG (Enhanced Central Gateway) & TCU (Telematics Control Unit). • Drive resolution of ECG/TCU issues with cross-functional and s/w development teams, help create and draft 5Ds for gating/high severity issues and present to program teams and senior leadership.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience delivering products with demonstrated technical leadership experience • 5+ years of experience in automotive infotainment & connectivity design/integration/validation. • 3-5 years of experience in vehicle's network communication (CAN, LIN & Ethernet communication).
