Position Description:

Technical Program Integration Manager for BUY product group within NA eCommerce

Skills Required:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Anchor Engineers on development activities including planning, tracking and risk management • Lead and facilitate Program Increment planning and Inspect and Adapt sessions • Able to communicate and be a liaison between business and technical team members • Onboarding support of new team members to Rally and SharePoint • Able to think holistically and drive solution prioritization and implementation of high-quality features • Identify and foster process improvements that help the program and teams cross-functionally evolve and have a continuous improvement mindset • Effectively coordinating with internal and external teams for Integration testing, Quality Control, Release Management and Production Support initiatives • Ensuring quality of the features and products using PDO model, Agile best practices and test-driven development principles. • Serves as an advocate for the customer/end-user, empathizing with them while being mindful of business goals and opportunities. • Help define MVP solutions and test plans to gather quick feedback to determine readiness to move forward to solution development.

Skills Preferred:

• Good understanding of Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, and agile methodologies. • Understanding of systems architecture concepts • SAFe certified scrum master • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with special attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with cloud applications and design principles.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in program management • 3+ years of experience with agile software development tools (Backlog Management and Test Management) • 3+ years working in an agile, safe or hybrid development methodology

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
