We are looking for a strategic thinker, researcher and doer to help envision and design future mobility experiences.
You will partner with Experience Design researchers to frame the right questions and design research programs that lead us to new insights.
You will conduct trend and cultural research to understand possible future scenarios.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will use key insights to frame new opportunity spaces and guide the experience vision for our future global customers.
You will advocate a human centric perspective through all stages of the design process.
Support planning and execution of human centered design workshops, including a shared facilitation role, and develop and mentor Human Centered Design practices and tools across Product Development job functions.
Support the creation of a workshop facilitation framework and toolkit that can be scaled globally while maintaining flexibility to meet various situations and team needs across Product Development.
Create training, resources, and tools that support Product Development and Enterprise wide human centered design and innovation processes.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Document lessons learned and emerging best practices.
Experience planning and supporting facilitation of UX / Human Centered Design / Design Thinking workshops, classes, etc.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative practices.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience planning and designing for hardware, software and service based experiences.
Experienced in human centered design practices, methods, and tools (user research, journey mapping, scenario development, designing for interactions, systems, visual language, rapid prototyping, communication and storytelling, etc.).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
2+ years of hands on experience in User Experience / Human Centered Design Experience
- 4+ years of hands on experience in User Experience / Human Centered Design.
- Bachelors degree - Design, Humanities, Anthropology, Psychology, HCI, Marketing or related field.
- Masters Degree
