Support the development/implementation of the GSA contract. Includes the review & communication of model year changes/vehicle specifications, preparation of spreadsheets for assigned line items, entry of specs & pricing in both the AutoStandards & AutoBid systems, & creation of vehicle abstracts in FOMS (Federal Order Management System). Support the development/maintenance of law enforcement option packages & additional contract requirements outlined by GSA. Process federal orders, facilitate the review & release of orders in CONCEPS. • Maintain government budget, including monthly reconciliation, processing of CPARS/CCAPS & manual payments. Manage reconciliation & invoice processes for special billings for federal contracts. • Support GSA reporting requirements including weekly reports (manual vehicle status report, law enforcement status report). • Support customer meetings & events (Advance Product Meetings, GSA meetings, federal government conferences, First Article Tests, etc.). Process/track field diverts for mis-shipped/mis-delivered vehicles. Achieve sales objective. Achieve market share objective based on the federal industry. Maintain a stated customer satisfaction leadership rating with federal agencies.

Ability to interpret order guides. Solid knowledge of order-to-delivery and purchase orders systems (CONCEPS, NAVIS, TSO2, MOBIUS, DRIN, CPARS, CCAP, Vehicle Visablity etc.).
Multi-tasking, including managing multiple inquiries and projects. Overall resilience and stamina in a high tempo sales environment.
Attend and participate in team meetings. Provide support for the development of the annual federal sales brochure. Respond to both internal & external customer inquiries (phone, email) within 48 hours. Identify process improvements & best practices for the Federal Government Team. Recommend IT enhancements for the Federal Order Management System. Serve as the federal administrator for the Government Bid Management System. Perform special projects & assignments as directed. Develop & maintain professional working relationships. Serve as back-up to the Lead Export Sales Coordinator. Master the export order process for federal vehicles. Includes the utilization of systems unique to the export process such as GOALS and WIQS.
