Engagement Description –

Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision making capabilities to ensure business readiness. This position will implement, monitor, and evaluate Care Management programs which includes measuring program performance, continuous program improvement and program outcome reporting. This includes analyzing information to identify and select candidates for Care Management programs. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Validating and submitting monthly vendor invoices

• Monitoring monthly program process measures and tracking engagements

• Helping with program communication material approval and customer service alerts

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to lead multiple activities with varying timelines.

• Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and contribute to business unit and/or corporate projects.

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

• Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).

• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to understand, interpret, and communicate ideas

• Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels.

• Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

• Prefer a minimum of 4 years experience.

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Information Systems, Supply Chain or other related field is required. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
