· Under general supervision is responsible for providing experience-based support and assistance to management in the area of staff training, quality checking, preparation of routine reports and letter generation.

· High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.

· Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with benefits and procedures as related to assigned department.

Other responsibilities include:

· Conduct comprehensive and complex regulatory research and analyses to include the review, summarization and dissemination of compliance reports.

· Prepare executive-level compliance reports and presentations, and may lead or direct the work of other compliance team members.

· Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, advanced written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to analyze large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy, ability to facilitate resolution to high-impact and cross-functional problems, and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects of high complexity.
