Responsibilities

-Responsible for customer assistance and marketing support service to Members of Maven mobility services.

-Ideal candidate demonstrate a start-up mentality and willingness to jump in wherever needed. We provide a memorable user experience and address each Member interaction with a personal, prompt and professional touch.

-Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers

-Adhere and contribute to defining processes that produce best-in-class consumer care experiences, focusing on constant improvement and a value-based approach

-Effectively and accurately document customer interaction

-Efficiently managing multiple concurrent activities

-Managing resolution of complex or especially difficult Member cases escalated by leadership

-Provide proactive support to Members requesting assistance with account status (billing, etc.) and product or service related inquiries

-Works directly with Member Services Lead to identify trends and resolve Member issues and concerns

-Resolve or route issues escalated from Members to appropriate City team

-Collaborate with Field Operations on Maven policy, procedures and Member follow-up

-Works closely with marketing and PR to maintain awareness of external activities that may drive/impact member interaction

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service related profession, preferably customer care or social media

  • Must be comfortable working in retail operational environment (24 / 7 / 365)

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills

  • Computer navigation and proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • Strong sense of urgency and prioritization for successful resolution

  • Problem solving skills and can maintain confidentiality

  • Use data and analysis when necessary to make fact-based decisions

  • Takes personal responsibility for Member satisfaction

  • Emotional Intelligence and independent judgement

  • Demonstrated success in the areas of retail, sales, general operations in a high growth environment

  • Higher degree of tech comfort and savviness (phone apps, web, in-vehicle)

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)

  • Experience with social media platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Forums

  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment

  • Experience with social media monitoring tools: Spreadfast, Crimson Hexagon, Siebel, etc. (preferred)

  • Experience in start-up environment (preferred)

  • Experience in urban mobility (preferred)

BASIC REQUIRED

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service related profession

  • Journalism/Creative Writing experience preferred

  • Computer navigation and typing proficiency

  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication and skills

  • Extensive expertise and knowledge of specific industry and job-related experience in lieu of educational requirements

  • A positive self-starter that possess a strong work ethic, an ability to meet/exceed deadlines, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail
