An exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager for engineering design tool integration. The position is a key role in an ongoing deployment of an integrated engineering design environment. The best candidate will have a mix of Hexagon tool integration skills, project management skills and engineering knowledge. Key expectations are to evangelize, design, configure and deploy integrated engineering systems global. The position is preferably located in Houston.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of integration projects to accelerate information flow across the engineering life cycle, from conceptual design through construction and startup

• Design and implement the work process and technical solution components, configure the products, test and deploy the solution

• Successfully deliver the integration projects, balancing customer satisfaction, project profitability and timelines

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years configuring and administrating engineering data via Hexagon SmartPlant Foundation (SPF)

• Minimum 2 years integrating Hexagon Smart Plant Enterprise tools: SPPID, SPI, SPEL, and SP3D via SPF

• Minimum 2 years’ as a project manager, with experience in requirements gathering, designing, building, testing, training and roll-out

• Technical familiarity with Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL Server databases

Highly Preferred

• A good working knowledge of process industry engineering design work processes

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent presentation and data gathering skills
