Position Description:

• Develop Transmission plans to support program timing and program complexity • Work with Project Controls to understand program timing and program hardware specifications • Lead meetings to troubleshoot vehicle/powertrain functional issues; coordinate corrective actions with software teams and ensure software delivery of corrective actions • Work with Transmission suppliers to ensure appropriate software content is delivered on time • Co-Lead weekly software change control meeting • Opportunity for software experimental and production work: features, transmission subsystems, transmission applications, driveline applications, and bench testing

Skills Preferred:

• Program management experience • Proficient and/or ability to quickly learn and apply new engineering management, and data analytic tools (e.g. JIRA, Excel, etc.)

Experience Required:

• Desirable to have experience in controls field, preferably in program management

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management or Engineering, or a related field
