• The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, storing, packing and shipping of merchandise or materials. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• • Maintains stock records and schedules.

• • Responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility.

• • Responsible for all operations goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and the environment.

• • Active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.

• Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree.

• • Manufacturing experience (2 years minimum).

• • Previous Warehouse Supervisory experience (2 years minimum).

• • MUST be able to work any shift schedule and/or OT as needed.

• • Candidate should be able to hit the ground running with little supervision.

• Preferred Requirements:

• • Union Environment Experience.
