Responsibilities:

• Must have the ability to develop architectural projects from inception thru construction

• Must have the ability to set up and develop projects in Revit models based on client specifications.

• Development of contract documents and specifications for various project types in Revit

• Respond on technical matters to internal and external clients

• Must be capable of of reading existing construction documents

• Must have the ability to prepare architectural graphic standards and construction drawing set organization and development.

• Must have advanced knowledge of construction administration requirements.

• Work in a team environment and coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines

• Develop and/or review schematic design documents

• Develop and/or review As-built drawings and CD packages

• Must have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines of assigned projects with minimal supervision.

• Ability to prepare and present designs to clients remotely or on

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field

• 5+ years experience with construction documents and/or equivalent design experience

• Advanced proficiency with Revit

• Advanced proficiency in rendering and photoshop

• Advanced proficiency with 3D Studio Max

• Some exposure in code and specification writing is a plus

• Industrial and commercial experience a plus

• Desire to be a strong team player

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good written and oral/presentation skills

• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
