Candidate is responsible for and not limited to:
Develop simulation models based on process layout.
Reviewing plant machine downtime datasets to ensure accuracy.
Validate the system to its designed JPH.
Conduct buffer analysis and carrier analysis.
Analyze system throughput bottleneck and make design improvement recommendations.
Candidate would be working within the company simulation team supporting multiple vehicle programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or relevant field/work experience.
Experience with Siemens Process Simulate Human and Teamcenter.
Strong communication skills to support interaction with both corporate and plant personnel.
Understanding of the Automotive Manufacturing/General Assembly Process Skills.
Strong skills with Siemens Process Simulate (PS) and Teamcenter Manufacturing.
2D/3D layout experience using Autodesk Tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks).
Strong MS Office/Google suite applications.
Strong skills in Computer Aided Design CAD.
Min 1 year of plant and/or launch experience within General Assembly.
Min 1 year experience with Process Simulate and Teamcenter Manufacturing software.
Strong problem solving skills and results oriented.
