Position Description:

The selected individual will be responsible for workstation element reallocations, hourly headcount reductions annually, conducting periodic time studies, writing operator instructions sheets for workstations in a Press Room and Body Shop environment. The selected person will also develop manpower allocation sheets and work closely with the departments ERG and Health and Safety representatives.

Skills Required:

• Must have a good understanding of a heavy manufacturing facility. * Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Preferred:

• Able to use Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of three years working in manufacturing.

Experience Preferred:

• Has worked in a unionized manufacturing plant before.

Education Required:

• Minimum of a four-year college degree.
